A "bunny behavior specialist" seems like a thing you'd find on a Los Angeles stereotypes mad lib bingo board, but we had just adopted a new bunny that needed to be bonded with our existing bunny pair and the only resource we had was the internet...and it was full of conflicting ideologies and information. On the surface, bonding rabbits seems to be straight forward and the biggest hurdle you'll run into is time. In reality though, every rabbit is different and the littlest details can make the process easy or stressful and in some cases, dangerous. Luckily, we had met Sharina & Michael through an animal rescue group before and knew they were the perfect resource to get us through this. At first, we opted to use their remote bonding session where Sharina walked us through all the things we needed to do over Zoom. She made the process very straight forward and manageable and cut through all the "BS" you might find on the world wide web. She was also a resource moving forward when we had a small question or two. At first, things were going great...she set us up to do the slow and steady method and all of her tips were helpful and effective. By the end of the week, it seemed we on the verge of success...but of course every rabbit is different and we got to a point where the bonding plateaued and we were at risk of doing more harm than good. We needed a more deft touch and that's when we opted to have her bond our bunnies in person. Michael picked up our bunnies and took them away for five whole days. Knowing we'd miss them, Sharina sent us daily updates and pictures of them. The pictures were not only cute and made us miss them less, but also showed the progression of their bonding. When the five days were over, Sharina brought them back to our place and helped us get them acclimated to their new shared space. They came back like new bunnies, snuggling and grooming each other like a proper bond should be. There was no aggressive or negative behaviors like before and she also taught us ways to curb those things if they come up. I cannot state enough how wonderful of a resource Bun Chia Burrow is. If you have a rabbit and need grooming, bonding, or boarding help, this is the place to go.

Sharina and Michael are godsends. No one is more dedicated to bunnies nor more serious about their commitment to yours. I have a trio of rabbits who experienced significant trauma in their bond following a bad experience with a rescue, and the trio had to be separated as a result. The level of violence and reactivity they exhibited toward one another was astronomical. Sharina and Michael helped me repair their bond over a course of SEVEN MONTHS. When I was at the end of my rope and scared we were taking the wrong path, Sharina would gently urge, “Let me try something new. I know your babies can do this.” She was right. In the ninth inning, when I thought I would have no choice but to rehome one of my rabbits, their bond clicked back into place - after months of literal sleepless nights and many tears. All because the Burrow team treats this work as a true vocational calling. Everything you can imagine they might have done to go above and beyond for us, they did. Seriously, listing it all out would take hours because their dedication knows no bounds. The past year of my life has been devastating in so many ways - but the Burrow team made sure that “rehoming one of my deeply beloved bunnies” is NOT another heartache I’ll need to add to the pile. Thanks to their tireless efforts, I’ll have all three of my bun kiddos to love on when times get tough. The picture I’ve attached would NOT be possible without their exhaustive labor. We LOVE the Bun Chia Burrow!!

Uno is top bunny in the force and she sensed a disturbance when Cinco and Seis tried to join the gang. If it wasn’t for @bunchiaburrow expertise in bonding and quick assessment of each bun’s behavior I don’t know what I would have done. Bonding 6 buns is huge feat in itself but they make it look easy! Catching this on video warmed my heart and I credit this all to @bunchiaburrow’s dedication and love for the @lopforce. Truly the best bonding experience I’ve ever had! 💜💜💜 💜💜💜 Seis and Uno agree!

Thank you so much to the burrow and @princess_bun_chia for taking such wonderul care of my babies. They were previously bonded but the bond was not successful after such an ucessful bond I reached out to the burrow. It was a few false starts as some of my children decided to go into stasis during bonding. The burrow worked with me and finally they were able to bond. I was so nervous they let me watch some of the bonding. To say the burrow goes above and beyond is an understatement. The amount of time they gave my babies made me feel so safe to know they were in good hands. They stay up with them, play with them, provide correction on behaviors, and even take a few bites and scratches as they make sure my babies don't hurt each other. They also provide daily updates on the status and what they are working on. They go way over above and beyond. I am so pleased with their work that I would never again think twice about the price. I know I was nervous about the price and another unsuccessful bond. But even after they provide a couple consults and check in! They give you enough resources to feel confident in the process after. I will never again choose another place to leave my babies for boarding. Thank you again burrow! 💓 you have truly put a smile on my face and bring tears as I see my babies being able to be at peace with one another. 🙏🏼🌻💕🐇

Free at last! Chilling together on Sunday after running around exploring every nook and cranny. Lillys ex-husband was sedate and just stayed in the living room… She’s enjoying having Orlando as her partner in crime to get into mischief with. She sees how he jumps on the couch so now she’s doing that too… So sweet. He hangs out with her and enjoys her company, but she’s still OCD at times with the grooming and he has to hop away from her. Let me know what I can do about it! So fortunate Michelle told me about you… after the ridiculous six month ordeal you had the key to open the door.🤗❤️🌈
